Homemade Old Tofu
Cut the old tofu into 1cm thick cubes and use kitchen paper to absorb the surface water. Slice the tenderloin into thin slices and marinate in soy sauce and wine for 10 minutes to make the meat tender.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the tofu and fry on medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
Slice the green garlic leaves diagonally into lozenges and the mushrooms into slices.
Pour out the tofu oil after deep frying, just enough to coat the meat with the remaining oil.
Add the oil, sauté the mushrooms and garlic stalks, then add the garlic leaves, fry quickly, so that the garlic leaves coated with oil, pour in the fried tofu slices of meat, add a small bowl of water, salt, roll thoroughly, so that the tofu into the flavor, and finally add a little chicken extract to taste.
