How to make homemade tofu
Tofu slices, a little oil in a pan, fry tofu until both sides are coloured.
Slice carrots, onions, garlic, ginger and dried chillies (chopped if they are small).
Serve the fried tofu, add a little more oil to the pan, leave half of the garlic and the other half of the garlic and ginger chillies to pop, add the carrots and onions and fry for a while.
Pour in the fried tofu, sprinkle with a little salt and stir-fry for a while.
Sauce: 1-1.5 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, white pepper powder, sugar, add water and stir well. (If you like spicy food, you can add more chili powder) Pour into the pot and cover with a lid on medium heat goo.
Add the chopped vegetables and the remaining garlic, stir well, cover and let sit for 1 minute.
Turn off the heat and remove from the pan.

Tofu recommended to choose not too old old tofu or not too tender young tofu (x)
In fact, any kind of can, I use a little tender tofu.
But too young then not fried, that is directly on the goo no difference.
You can replace the green vegetables with any green vegetables, green onions and garlic or anything else ️
The chili better be there, I don’t think it’s good without any spice at all.
