How to make a home version of barbecued pork

Don’t roast it for too long, or it will scorch. Before roasting, you can put tin foil on the baking sheet, and brush some oil on the tin foil so that it won’t stick to the bottom. The BBQ pork will be charred on the outside and tender on the inside.
