How to make homemade beef sauce
Slice the tenderloin. Then cut it into strips and dice it.
Diced beef tenderloin, sized to your liking
Garlic, ginger, shallots and dried doritiflower slices finely chopped

Boiled peanuts, peeled and crushed
Add a little olive oil (whatever you have at home), add the ginger and sauté.
Pour in the diced beef and stir-fry while pouring in the wine.
Pour in the diced mushrooms and stir-fry until the beef is browned.
Pour the olive oil into the pan again, this time slightly more than last time
Pour in the minced garlic and sauté the white onion.
Pour the soybean paste into the pan, add the diced beef and mushrooms, add the dried bush meat and toss.
Pour in a cup of water and simmer
Pour in the peanut butter and thicken the sauce.
Pour in the minced shallot leaves
sprinkle with white sesame seeds
Toss to combine
