How to make homemade garlic chili sauce
Prepare garlic peeled and washed, chili peppers also washed, dry water (chili pepper cloves do not touch, if so, water will get into the chili pepper, not so delicious)
Let it dry, get the chili cloves, chop the chili and garlic, or you can use a meat grinder to mince it.
Once chopped, mix with some salt and marinate for half an hour to bottle. The bottles should be blanched in hot water to drain the water before bottling the chili paste.
