Brown sugar (can be substituted with white sugar)
How to make homemade cinnamon pearl milk tea
Get your materials ready.
Boil a small amount of water in a layer in a saucepan. Add the brown sugar according to your preferred sweetness, stirring constantly, and then pour in the tapioca flour, stirring as you pour in the tapioca flour, until it becomes a lump.
Bring water to a boil in a saucepan, add the rounds and cook for about 10 minutes (you can taste the firmness).
Add water (a little more, I added a third of the pot) and bring to a boil, then stir in the dried cinnamon and black tea.
Add the milk and stir constantly to taste.
Keep stirring until the milk tea flavor comes out, during which time you can add brown sugar and some water and boil for a while longer.
Pour in the pearls and fill the glass.
Finish ✅, it tastes a hundred times better than outside!
