Homemade Nutritious and Healthy‼️ Plain Yogurt and Fruit Salad‼️ 2 minutes on power only!
Prepare all ingredients.
The inner liner of the rice cooker must be sterilized by boiling water to ensure no water, no oil and no bacteria.
-The thicker the liner of the rice cooker, the better it is for the yogurt liquid to ferment in the liner.
Pour in one packet of plain yoghurt milk powder and 400ml of room temperature purified water.
Stir well until there are no more particles, then close the lid of the rice cooker.
Turn on the power, select the keep-warm function of the rice cooker and heat for 2 minutes.
When the display shows two minutes, press the Cancel button to unplug the power supply.
Turn on the rice cooker and measure the temperature of the liquid at 40°C. Cover the rice cooker quickly and close the lid.
Quickly close the lid of the rice cooker and leave it to keep warm for 6-8 hours (you can adjust the fermentation time according to your personal preference).
-Doesn’t it feel super energy efficient hahahaha! You don’t need a yogurt maker or a kettle to make the whole process, just a titanium rice cooker with an extra thick inner pot. Two minutes, keep it permanently warm for 6-8 hours and you’re ready to drink homemade yogurt.
After 8 hours, the yogurt is ready, just opened the lid of the pot is still slightly warm, or depending on the season (e.g. summer) in the refrigerator to keep fresh for 24 hours, dulling the flavor better.
The yogurt is so thick that it feels like it’s being drawn together, so give it a few stirs with a spoon.
