light soy sauce
|A handful (optional)|
roasted sesame seeds
Homemade rice and fresh shrimp sausage noodles
Soak 120 grams of rice and ground maize in water for 2-3 hours (optional for ground maize)
Filter out the water used to soak the rice, add 120 grams of water, and crush it in a food processor or wall breaker to make a paste.
Add 12 grams of flour to the beaten rice pulp and mix well.
Definitely don’t forget to add the 12 grams of flour, I’m the one who always leaves it out!!!!
I forgot to take a picture of the flour, so I’ll just find something on the internet.
Remove the shells of the shrimp to remove the black line and cut into small pieces, add the wine and soy sauce to marinate for 10 minutes. You can leave them uncut if you like to eat them whole.
Green onions / garlic chopped (no green onions at home I did not put), green vegetables cut segments, sweet corn I cut directly with a knife, a peel I too much trouble!
To start, make a simple sauce (toppings).
Add oil to the pan and fry the onion and garlic to get the aroma, add about 30-50 ml of water, add some light soy sauce/consuming oil and bring to boil.
Serve the sauce for later.
Coat the bottom of the steamed rice noodle dish with a layer of oil, pour the rice paste into it, this amount should be controlled by yourself, do not add too much at one time, so as to avoid rice noodles The skin is too thick (but, my daughter likes thick, she says QQ’s are chewy! (haha)
Add the side dishes and steam in a steamer on high for 3-4 minutes once the water is boiling.
Roll up and cut into sections and pour sauce over them.
Sprinkle some cooked sesame seeds (optional) and eat!
On the plate, do not necessarily need to sausage noodle special plate, home loaded with vegetables on a flat bottom plate can be (the larger the best, small to steam many times, too much trouble), I have done so before, this stainless steel plate is just recently bought.
On what to add, this is completely informal, add shrimp, ground meat, vegetables, eggs, as long as you can think of all can be added, creativity, well!
