How to make donkey meat porridge
1. make a serving of rice porridge (mine is an overnight casserole, made by adding water directly to the rice porridge)
Note: Add more water to the rice porridge than usual, in order to boil it for a while later so as not to reduce the soup.
2. wash leafy greens, shred and add as much as you like (I used winter bok choy)
3. meat chopped and added (I bought the donkey meat used in the donkey roast, but you can add other meat as well)
Note: It can be a cooked dish of your choice like miso beef.
4. add salt and simmer
Note: Be careful of running out of soup, grab the pot and stir often.
