How to make horseshoe and carrot rib soup
Peel and wash water chestnuts, peel and cut carrots into small pieces.
Wash red dates.
Pork ribs in a pot of cold water, boil and continue to cook for 1 minute, remove from the heat to wash the foam; pork ribs and ginger in a casserole dish and pour some water.
Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce heat, add water chestnuts and continue to cook for 1 hour.
After 1 hour, add the carrots and continue to cook on low heat for half an hour.
After half an hour, add the dates and cook for 15 minutes.
Finally add some salt, a little chicken seasoning, into soup bowls, sprinkle some green onions.
