How to make spicy and sour dry pot chicken
Blanch the chicken and cut into small pieces
Cut up the ingredients and wash the vegetables.
Pour oil (according to individual needs)
Pour in the glittering ginger, two garlic cloves, two small red peppers, and sauté the chicken for 50 seconds-.
Add some wine and soy sauce and salt.
Pour in the boiling water and cook for 15 minutes
Put in your favorite ingredients.
Add to your taste (I added some meat sauce and chive flowers for a spicy and sour taste -) and cook for 5 minutes, then toss.
Hahaha Oh yeah (added a little bit of edible apple cider vinegar because I personally like it sour) and sprinkled the green onions at the end!
Out of the pot! It’s sour and a little sweet and spicy! Cool!
Vegetables with celery in them are even better! But I’m using food that’s already bought! Hahaha. It’s very good anyway!
