How to make hot rice (small American version)
Cut 8 teeth from the phyllo eggs, place in a main pan, add lard, 2 minutes/V button/reverse small spoon to pop.
Add winter squash, sprout whites, salt and water, 8 minutes/120 degrees/reverse small spoonful.
Pour in rice, 5 minutes/120 degrees/reversing small spoon.
Try the salt flavor and enjoy while it’s hot.
