Bagel is said to have been invented by Jews. It’s chewy and hunger-resistant! You could’ve had two of these bagel burgers after your morning swim!
It’s even better when you first cut the bagel across the middle and bake it in a toaster for two minutes.
What you put in the middle is actually pretty random. Your favorite is bacon or German sausage. Of course, mom will have to give you a fried egg and veggies in the middle to balance it out.
Guess what that black layer of seeds is on top of the bagel you bought today It is poppy seeds. Poppy seeds are used as a spice and are non-toxic and highly nutritious. Just eat them with confidence.

How to make a hunger-resistant bagel (bagel)
American bacon slices are sliced thin, while English bacon is sliced thick. You like American bacon. It’s more expensive to sell here than English.
Besides the difference in thickness, American bacon has more fat than English. So fry it until all the fat comes out and both sides are browned. Remove the bacon, crack an egg into the pan and fry it while it is still hot.
Use blotting paper to remove the oil from the bacon. At this point, the bacon will be crispy. Slightly chop it a few times into small pieces.
Buy ready-made pouches of washed leafy greens. The green and purple ones go well together, and you can add some sage nuts for more color. Put salt and black pepper in the leafy greens. Basically, it is enough to grind the bottle and twist it twice. Add some mayonnaise to taste.
Mix the bacon and the leafy greens together.
Finally, assemble the bagel, the bacon and vegetables and the fried eggs. Make sure to spread the butter on the inside of the bagel and bake it for better flavor.
