How to Make Icing Sugar Lemon Paste (Rice Cooker)
Scrub lemons with salt, rinse, dry and slice (do not slice too thinly); remove seeds.
Spread a layer of lemon on the bottom of the rice cooker
Lay a layer of lemon and a layer of yellow icing sugar.
A layer of lemon and a layer of rock sugar.
Once the rock sugar and lemon are all in, start the rice cooker.
Press the rice cooker’s porridge/soup button, timed for 3 hours
Timer 3 hours skip to keep warm button, keep warm 6 hours
Cool and store in a clean, airtight container in the refrigerator.
