Follow my superb mix of seasonings (remember to put hummus on it) and the secret weapon: oranges! It’s really not greasy at all, it’s fragrant and tender! One bite and you’ll love it. It beats the marinated beef out there!
Really really believe me, in fact, just 3 steps very lazy fools, ready to eat the beef in the refrigerator – super convenient! The rice cooker can do it too! And the rest too!
You’re not doing enough! I never thought it could be so tender and flavorful! And beef tendon is low in calories, so you can eat it on a diet.
|half of sth|
cinnamon (Cinnamonum cassia)
dried chili pepper
Steamed fish with black beans
Chili oil or Sriracha.
Szechuan pepper oil
|one-third of a teaspoon|
fermented soya bean curd
Foolproof version of the unbeatably tender and fragrant 3-step marinated beef
Soak the beef in cold water for 30 minutes to change the water and soak it for about 2 hours so the blood goes clean.
Put the beef and the spices/oranges/crystal sugar/onions in a pan of cold water. Remember to have more water, because it takes quite a long time to cook.
Cook on high heat to open step 3 or 4 with the matching sauce! Remember to put the spicy oil oh, I put the old dry mother hehehe.
Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce heat to medium-low and continue to simmer for about 1 hour. Cook until chopsticks can be inserted into the beef, when the beef is just tender – then you can put 5 fresh chili peppers chopped! Season and cook for another 10 minutes!
In fact, this is the time to remember to taste for yourself and season twice! I tried it without the salt and it tasted just fine! So remember to taste salty oh. My seasoning we mainly look at the ratio, after all, every water is not the same.
Beef tender and then cooked 10min can turn off the heat咯, I cooked about 1 and a half hours. With chopsticks into the feel tender on line!
Let the beef cool at room temperature and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before taking it out and slicing!!! And then it’s ready to eat! The juices from the marinated beef can be frozen-
Cook a pasta, add a couple of slices of beef, a couple of spoonfuls of marinade, and oh my God, it’s perfect!
As far as beef options go, I went with beef tendon because there’s more lean meat!!!
