Pork is expensive, so eat seafood. Pan-fried yellowtail.
Add all ingredients except starch to the yellowtail and marinate in the refrigerator overnight, you can marinate the same day, but for at least 1 hour. The salt will change the flesh of the fish and make it more elastic, and the wine, ginger and garlic will remove the fishy smell.
