If you don’t know how to stir-fry, you can stir-fry the greens.
Break up and wash the greens and reserve. No need to cut it with a knife, very economical.
Slice the onion, garlic and ginger.
Heat the oil in a pan and wait for it to heat up for 7-8 minutes.
Put in the onion, ginger, garlic, a spoon of oyster sauce, a spoon of bean paste, and stir-fry evenly until fragrant.
Pour in the greens, stir-fry evenly, put two spoons of light soy sauce, one spoon of chicken essence, salt to taste. If the pan is a little dry, you can put the right amount of water.
Stir fry evenly, and wait until the end of the greens are soft, three minutes or so. Can not stir-fry too cooked, or the vegetables gang too rotten, nor too raw, or not to taste.
Remove from the pan and decorate with a little shallot.
