A recipe that is safe to eat for weight loss, but doesn’t seem to be low in calories.
, it just seems low-fat and healthy (but it’s not).
, thanks to my colleagues for not killing me.
, really quite tasty. (weight+1+1+1……)
Black Sesame and Job’s Tears Yam Paste Powder or Purple Potato and Taro Quinoa Oatmeal Porridge Powder
Whole wheat/rye bread flour
Brown sugar (optional)
Seaweed sugar (no calories but four times as sweet as regular sugar)
How to make cookies that look healthy
Add the sugars to the milk or water, microwave for a minute to make sure they’re melted, add the pumpkin puree and mix well, then cool and add the eggs (optional).
Measure the black sesame seed paste flour oatmeal and mix it all together again, then pour the freshly mixed liquid into the mix, it should end up as a little sticky wet clump.
Measure the food, about 30-40g each, and press into small rounds on the baking sheet. Don’t press too hard, it will be hard.
Bake at 230 degrees Celsius for 20min, then flip over and bake at 160 degrees Celsius for 10min.
Taste the crunchy good quite tasty then take out ready to eat. You can add more nuts if you like.
