How to make Yoshinoya’s Beef Bowl
Wash the carrots and broccoli, put the vegetables in a pan of boiling water and scald them, remove from the heat.
Put the slices of beef in the pan and drain the water, browning.
Shred the onions and make a sauce with half a teaspoon of dark soy sauce (for color), 2 teaspoons of light soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of wine (cooking wine), a little sugar. Season with salt to taste. Also mix a starch (starch with some water) and reserve.
Pour oil into the pan and sauté the onions.
Once the onions are soft, pour in the slices of fatty beef.
Next, add the sauce that you have made, and stir-fry evenly.
Finally, pour in the starch and stir-fry evenly to reduce the sauce.
Sprinkle some white sesame seeds on it and it’s ready to serve.
2. If you like the sauce, you can add a small bowl of water when cooking, and then add the starch and cook until the soup is thick.
