The peach crumble is so incredibly easy to make
It’s easy to make peach crumble.
Mix all the powders together and add sugar, eggs and oil.
Add green onions and knead into dough.
Weigh the total weight of the dough, divide it into desired size squeezes equally as needed, and round out.
Place in baking dish.
Gently press the peach puffs to flatten them, and press again with your index finger in the middle (as shown)
Send to the preheated oven and bake at 160°C for 18 minutes.
DING Baked and out of the oven.

If you like it sweet, add another 10g of sugar.
Wash the green onions well and dry them well before chopping.
