How to make kale fried rice
Add the lard. Heat the pan.
Add the chopped kale
Add monosodium glutamate and salt
Reheat the rice ahead of time (unheated rice is harder to cook)
Add the soy sauce at the end, taste test! The whole process does not need to stir-fry for too long – only the vegetables step a little longer, but not too long too dry.
