How to make Korean Spinal Potato Soup
Soak the dried cabbage in water overnight, or substitute it with cabbage if you don’t have it.
Make the sauce: in a bowl, add the Korean hot sauce, Korean miso, garlic powder, hot sauce powder, salt, sugar and light soy sauce in turn and mix well.
Add the ginger and cook until a lot of foam floats out.
In a clean saucepan, add the ribs, shallots, onions, cabbage, peppers and sauce, stir in the water.
Open the lid, add the potatoes, mix well, and cook on medium-low heat for 20 minutes.
At the end, you can garnish with a little green onion and red pepper.
