How to make Korean style bibimbap
Cook a pot of rice that isn’t too soft, I like it moderate
Shred your favorite vegetables, I prepared spinach, zucchini, cucumber, bean sprouts, carrots, and mushrooms. Well, the black one is my phone charging cable, automatically ignored.
All the side dishes in less oil low heat stir-fry, separate to stir-fry oh. Basic 1-2 minutes will be cooked. (This picture is a long picture, click to enlarge)
Yard the sautéed vegetables on top of the rice, if you want to put kimchi, this part can be covered with kimchi, and finally fry a half-cooked egg to lay on top.
Quickly make the sauce, I used rice for 2 people, two tablespoons of dressing, two tablespoons of Sprite, one tablespoon of sugar, half a teaspoon of sesame oil, a little half a teaspoon of Salt, sprinkle with a small handful of white sesame seeds and mix well. Pour the sauce over the rice and stir and eat! I didn’t take a picture of the mix and ate it straight away, but I wanted to go and come afterwards, and I made the mix to solve the kimchi, and I didn’t. No pickles in it!
