How to make lamb chop and turnip soup
Ingredients, wash it for later.
Blanch and wash the lamb chops beforehand and put them in a casserole dish, add the herbs except the goji berries and add boiling water.
Bring to a boil and cook on low for 1.5 hours. It must be on low heat, I did boil it and then moved it to the charcoal burner, you can go directly to gas!
After 1.5 hours, add the radish and goji berries until the radish is soft and it’s ready to eat, I’m for the fondue!
Here we put slices of lotus root, mushrooms, and put the stewed lamb into it and cook it on low heat for a perfect hot pot!
I also made a 1 to 1 ratio of sesame paste, tamari, peanut butter, added sesame oil to melt and water to your liking, then added some PI bean paste, sugar, salt, tofu milk, a little soy sauce, and that was the perfect dip!
The lamb chops are crispy and cooked over charcoal.
Served with sesame sauce.
