How to make a lazy man’s version of dessert – blueberry pie
Take the tart crust out of the fridge ahead of time and bring back to temperature, don’t make it too soft or it won’t wrap well.
Spoon a spoonful of the blueberry sauce into the tart crusts
Then wrap the tart crust up like a dumpling.
Arrange in a baking dish
Preheat the oven at 200 degrees and bake on low heat for 10-15 minutes.
Beat the eggs.
Let it cool a bit. Remove the tart tin foil.
Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
Bake again in the oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes, then color the surface.
Cool and serve.
Crunchy, layered and blueberry flavored!
