Simple, delicious, healthy and can be consumed in large quantities of lettuce.
200g of lettuce
1 can of canned tuna
1 tablespoon of olive oil
2 teaspoons of honey
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon chicken extract
1/3 teaspoon minced garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
white sesame seeds in moderation
Amount of lemon (for garnish)
How to make lettuce and lemon salad (mass consumption of lettuce)
Tear lettuce into pieces.
In a large bowl combine all the spices. Mix well. (Canned tuna can be reused with oil removed)
Add the lettuce to the dressing and mix well. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
Serve, sprinkle with white sesame seeds, and garnish with lemon.
Honey is used. Do not serve to children under 1 year old (infants). You can replace the honey with sugar and adjust the amount of sugar used.
