How to make a big stew
sliced onion, ginger and garlic
Chopped pork (preferably pork belly)
Potatoes cut into cubes
Pumpkin halves cut into pieces
Cut the eggplant into pieces
break a bean into several pieces
Heat oil in a pan, stir-fry the pork pieces.
Stir-fry pork to brown, add onion, ginger and garlic.
Put in the pepper, powder, salt, light soy sauce, and dark soy sauce.
Stir in the tomatoes.
Add the beans.
Stir-fry the eggplant evenly, then pour in a bowl of water (the eggplant will be watery during the stewing process, so be sure to use less water to avoid too much sauce).
Too sad I was in too much of a hurry to cook and didn’t get a picture of the final pan out of the oven (next time I’ll put in a detailed pie recipe)
