190g peeled cooked pumpkin
Add all the main ingredients and (except the butter) mix at 30 sec/rate 3-6.
Mixed into cotton wool
Knead for 3 minutes with 20 grams of butter; knead for another 2 minutes!
Total of 8 minutes later.
The amount of water is a little too much, so grease your hands to remove the dough.
Double the size in a hot saucepan.
Divide into 8-10 equal portions and cover with plastic wrap to wake up for 15 minutes.
Waking up to make the filling, 200g of pumpkin puree with 30g of milk powder and mix well!
