How to Make Loofah and Flower Nail Soup
Put the nail into a pot, pour in water and 1-2 spoonfuls of salt, leave it for more than 1 hour to spit out the sand (I bought it at noon, put it in the afternoon, and started brushing at 5:30 pm); use a brush to clean the nail, be sure to brush several times, I washed it 6 times; after washing I added salt and water to soak it for the second time, and then washed it 4 times, this time it was very clean.
Peeled the loofah and cut it into small pieces; sliced 3 slices of ginger; chopped green onions.
Heat some oil in a pan and when the oil is hot, stir-fry the loofah over high heat until softened.
Add some water.
Add the turbinado, ginger and 1 tbsp of wine, bring to a boil over high heat and continue to cook until the turbinado opens (2-3 minutes or so).
Add a little salt (not too much salt, the nail ️ salty), a little chicken essence, sprinkle onions.
Serve, very tasty.
