Low-fat oat tarts for fitness and weight loss
All the ingredients ready (olive oil forgot to take a picture)
Mash the bananas into a puree
Olive oil, mashed banana + oats mixed into a ball
Bake the oatmeal tart crust at 180° for 10 minutes.
Egg + milk Stir in milk and sift.
Pour in the baked tartar, full eighths.
Preheat oven to 200°. Bake for 10–15 minutes or so.
