How to make low sugar sandwich waffles
Mix all ingredients in bread machine and knead until smooth dough.
Wrap in plastic wrap and ferment at room temperature until the dough doubles in size (I start the resting fermentation at about 11pm) until 5.30am. Get up and operate!
In the morning, cut up the purple potatoes and steam them in water.
Hollow into a puree state. Season to your liking (I didn’t.) Personal taste bland
Remove the dough from the oven and divide it into the size you like.
Roll out and flatten into a ball and cover with mashed purple potatoes.
Close the mouth and press down gently.
Preheat the electric cake file ahead of time. Put in the wrapped dough with the lid on and start baking. You can open it halfway through to see. Avoid baking depending on the instinct of the machine for the exact time
Take it out and let it cool before you eat it.
