How to Make Madeleine Cake
Have all the materials ready to go.
Melt the butter to a liquid state through water and let it cool.
Add granulated sugar to both whole eggs and mix well with a hand mixer
Sift the low gluten flour and baking powder and toss with a silicone knife until grain free.
Pour the cooled liquid butter, slowly into the batter and toss until well combined.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about an hour.
Place the chilled batter in a piping bag
Then squeeze it into a non-stick mold for 9 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees, place in the middle of the oven and bake for 25 minutes. Bake for 25 minutes in the middle of the oven.
Bake and peel off the film while still warm.
It’s a beautiful color and tastes even better when it’s hot.
