How to make the Mango Mousse Cake (6″)
For light cream buy Anja or President, premium light cream. For milk, buy Anja or Tzu-Mu, Odenbauer, Newmellen. Buy whole milk.
Gilly tablets, I was using the German one, but I didn’t think it would work well. After adding three tablets it was still sparse and unsuccessful. Recommend this brand. Good to use.
