How to Make Mango Portuguese Tart
Prepare 26 small tart crusts and arrange in a baking dish
One whole egg and one yolk cracked into a clean bowl and beaten with a hand whisk, but not over-whipped
Add milk liquid to egg mixture and stir to combine
Add the light cream and stir to combine
pour in powdered sugar
Mix all ingredients well
Strain the tart water at least 3 times to remove the egg tendons and air bubbles and get a fine tart water.
Pour into tart crust 9 out of 10.
Put it in the preheated box and lower the heat to 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
When the tart has formed dark caramel spots on the surface and the crust has turned golden brown, it is ready to be baked.
2. if you have any excess tart water, you can keep it in the fridge for about 2 days.
3. you can place a layer of foil on the baking tray to protect the tarts from the heat.
4. Fruits can be substituted for the ones you like to eat.
