How to Make Marbled Cake
Add sugar (15g), milk (25g), salad oil (25g) and sifted cake flour (40g) to the egg yolks in two separate bowls.
Add salt (1 g) and white vinegar (4 drops) to the bowl of egg whites and whisk to a foamy consistency, then add sugar (30 g) and continue whisking.
Fold the egg whites into the egg yolks in three parts, as pictured
Combine half of the cocoa powder in another bowl and stir well; preheat oven.
Pour a layer of original color and a layer of cocoa color into the mold, you can use a bigger spoon, it will look better; completely poured and shake out the bubbles, put it into the oven at 130 degrees for one hour.
