Don’t put too much matcha powder in it or the bitterness will be heavy oh
Tilapia Fish Fillet
thyme (Thymus vulgaris)
Matcha fish fillets! approach
Stir the matcha powder into the warm milk first, or it will clump!
Pour into the pan with the light cream and sugar and bring to a boil!
Cut the fish fillets into pieces and fry them in the pan!
A sprinkle of coarsely ground black pepper, sea salt and thyme!
Remove from the heat and serve!
