How to Make Meat Loaf Biscuits
Prepare the ingredients.
Softened butter, churned until lighter in color and larger in volume
Add egg mixture in two additions, whisking well
Let the egg white and butter meld completely.
Sift in the low gluten flour
Smooth the dough.
Take 10g of the dough, flatten it, add the meat loaf, or add some grated cheese and form into a round.
Use a fork to press the dough into small patties
Put it in the preheated oven at 160 degrees for about 25 minutes.
