I like to cook two or three servings of pasta at once, and then refrigerate the pasta, pasta is not easy lump, especially this spiral, not mixed with oil directly refrigerated will not stick, so when preparing breakfast directly out of the heat on the line.
The microwave container I used is a tempered glass bowl with a lid, the lid is not sealed, so don’t worry about fried.

Microwave 10 Minute Quickie Breakfast – Tomato Cabbage Spaghetti with Omelette
Slice cabbage and cherry tomatoes in half and half. Place the cabbage, cherry tomatoes and pasta in a glass bowl and toss well, covered, for 2 minutes. At the end of the cooking time, let it rest for 2 minutes.
While waiting, fry an egg in a non-stick frying pan until lightly browned on one side, it doesn’t matter if the yolk is uncooked. Turn off the heat, transfer the egg to the surface, poke the yolk a few times with a toothpick, pour two tablespoons of water into a bowl, cover and let it sit on medium heat for two minutes.
In a bowl, add two spoons of soybean paste, one spoon of soy sauce, one spoon of soy sauce, one spoon of apple cider vinegar and some black pepper sea salt.
