I’ve been putting baby vegetables in the fridge for a week, ready to grab and eat, and when I got home I was hungry and didn’t want to wait 20 minutes for the baby vegetables to steam, so I thought of cooking baby vegetables in the microwave.

Cover (to prevent moisture loss) and cook on high for 2 minutes. Remove to taste for saltiness and adjust (if you don’t use chicken broth, put chicken or MSG at this step for freshness), switch the top and bottom of the baby vegetables. Position , cover and continue on high for 2 minutes.
Okay, a grease-free version of baby vegetables is done!
Simple and brutal, no cooking required. Baby greens are fresh and sweet! It’s actually tasty without the chicken juice and the lunch meat lightly cooked.
For the record, this chicken sauce does have a very strong chicken broth flavor, though with a lot of additives …… But thinking about it is a lot better than chili bars haha! It should be good to cook noodles.
