Microwave Pizza: Seasonal Vegetable and Mushroom Flavors
The crust of the pie is a supermarket bought leavened pastry, not salty, feel thick can be cut in half to make a pancake, I like to eat thick cakes.
The tomatoes, bell peppers, purple onions and mushrooms are cut into small pieces.
The first thing you need to do is to add vegetable oil to the pan and add the purple onion and chill.
Add salt and pepper to the pan and sauté.
Take a vegetable dish with some depth and poke holes in it with a fork to help vent the fat.
Spread a layer of pizza sauce on top of the leavened pastry, or use tomato sauce if you don’t have pizza sauce.
Sprinkle a small amount of mozzarella cheese on top.
Then spread the sautéed vegetables flat and add as much as you like.
Finally, top with a layer of mozzarella cheese.
Put it in the microwave with a lid on high for 2 minutes, then remove the lid and continue to microwave on high for 1-2 minutes.
