Chop up the walnuts and raisins.
Chopped raisin walnuts and chia seeds in a bowl
Pour in the oats and mix well.
Add maple syrup

Put a little oil on the plate, put the mixture on top, microwave it for 2:30, flip it over, 2:30 more.
