The color combination was beautiful, the zucchini and squash were soft, and the soup was a very light and sweet flavor.

Minimalist- Butternut Squash and Zucchini Miso Soup Recipe
Thickly sliced zucchini and squash
Bring water to a boil, add zucchini and squash.
Once the squash and zucchini are cooked, add the miso paste and cook for another minute.
2, use a long pumpkin that is not very powdery, sweet type pumpkin to make out not sure how it tastes.
3, Don’t overcook the ingredients, if it’s too rotten it’s not pretty and the soup will be cloudy.
The miso paste is not easy to melt, so use a large spoon to mix it up as you go.
