How to make noodles with green onion and oil (home-made version)
The onion oil cut into sections, drained, fried dry, remember to turn over, not too burnt.
Soy sauce is salty enough without adding salt.
Boil small greens and remove
Cook the noodles out of the cold water.
Mix the noodles with the sauce and stir in the green onion oil, and garnish with dry onions.
