How to make mushroom and oil rice
Wash and slice mushrooms
1 spoon of wine 1 spoon of soy sauce 1 spoon of soy sauce 1 spoon of oil 1 spoon of sugar 1 spoon of sugar 3 spoon of water and mix well (actually it’s better to use the water used to soak the mushrooms, but I didn’t bother to soak the fresh mushrooms, so I added the water directly).
