Breakfast: Toast nest with leopard print, egg and roasted mixed vegetables: Cut four slits (1/4) into the center of the toast and place them in a small baking bowl lined with parchment paper.
Sweet Potato Cakes: Steam the sweet potatoes and crush them into paste when hot, add half of the glutinous rice flour, form a smooth ball (no fat reduction can add sugar), flatten the ball (no fat reduction can be wrapped into the filling of red beans, taro, brown sugar and black sesame, etc.), fry in non-stick pan without oil (no fat reduction can be dipped in sesame oil for more fragrant).

100% whole wheat toast, two eggs, mixed vegetables
Lye packets, fruit, homemade yogurt.
Place slices of banana cheese on both sides, egg wash on both sides, then cover with chopped walnuts, brush the oil in a non-stick pan on low heat, fry the walnut noodles first, brown on both sides.
Pour in the egg mixture and fry over low heat until semi-solid, add green onion or black sesame seeds.

Overnight oats and purple potato yogurt, purple potato yogurt beat smooth, not too thin or it won’t hold the weight of the fruit. Code the fruit in the morning, quick hands.

100% whole wheat banana meal kit with steak, lettuce, baby tomatoes, eggs, avocado and strawberries.
Pumpkin and black sesame rolls, mixed veggies and fruits, sliced ham bows, eggs.
Purple potato omelet, purple potatoes and milk into a fine puree. Two eggs, two level spoonfuls of whole wheat flour, a little milk, a pinch of salt, thin batter. If it’s thick, it’s a post-cake. Shape on one side and flip over to brown for a short while, then flip over and roll in mashed purple potatoes. Finally, if not shaped you can add a drop or two of water and heat the bottom just slightly.
For 100% whole wheat toast sandwiches, preheat waffle maker, add toast slices and heat through.

Blast sandwich: purple kale, grilled chicken breast, carrots, quiche, cucumber. (Chicken breasts marinated, oven roasted, eggs + half the milk fried in pancakes)
Blue overnight yogurt, milk and oats (heat milk and put butterfly bean flowers in it to froth out the color, stir in oats and yogurt and leave in the fridge overnight, get up early to serve fruit)
Short baguette nest egg: take out the baguette the night before or take out the microwave in the morning for 30s, slices and bananas in a pan, beat 2 eggs + the same amount of milk, pour into the bottom of the pan, preheat the oven to 200 degrees, bake for 20 minutes, cover with foil to prevent the top from burning, I cover with foil for about 8 minutes).
Sugar toast: 100% whole wheat toast, cut into grids, buttered and sprinkled with sugar, preheated at 200 degrees for 8 minutes, crunchy texture.
Strawberry whole wheat cake, smoothie, fruit

100% whole wheat bagel: 250g whole wheat flour, 130g water, 5g sugar, 7.5g fresh yeast, 5g butter. It wakes up long and has a soft interior, which I also like. Served with sliders, fruit, and cucumber bows.
Toast pudding: cut the toast into small pieces, mix two eggs and the same amount of milk (adding honey will condense the milk or sugar or not), spread the toast over the Add bananas and other fruit of your choice in a single layer to the bottom of the bowl, top with a layer of frothy egg wash and pour the remaining egg wash into the bowl. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees for 20 minutes, cover with foil to prevent over-coloring. Pair with mixed vegetables.
Yogurt pudding toast: toast pressed into a square slot along the edge, 100g thick yogurt mixed with egg (with optional sugar, I used yogurt) (of Greek yogurt), pour it on toast and oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes. Pair with mixed vegetables.
Coffee whole wheat cake, mixed vegetables and fruit, eggs.
Toast pizza: cut the toast into small pieces and soak in the beaten egg and moisten, put in a pizza pan and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 12 minutes. (Add time if you want it crispy, reduce the time slightly if it’s soft), cut up the diced fruit, and take out the toast immediately after baking the mozzarella cheese in the fruit way! Bake at 180 degrees until the cheese is melted and lightly browned (about 8 minutes). The fruit itself is sweet.
Dutch muffins: 10g low gluten flour, 20g whole wheat flour, 5g sugar, 60g milk, 2 eggs, mix well, oven 200. Preheat oven at 10 degrees Fahrenheit with baking bowls for 10 minutes, add coconut oil (or other non-flavored oil or butter) to baking bowls for the last 3 minutes and place in oven. Time to pour in the egg mixture and bake for 20 minutes. Serve with fruit, yogurt, and tortilla chip donuts.
Purple potato ring fruit yoghurt: steam the purple potatoes and add yoghurt to make a puree, not too thin, put the live bottom in a chiffonade mold and make a circle, take out the bottom and put it into the bowl. Yogurt fruit. Serve with chicken thighs and fruit.
Grape steamed buns: purple potato dough is divided into 34 small dough rounded together two layers, green dough to do leaves and vine, fermented 1.5 times larger, steamed 12 minutes. Serve with mixed vegetables and taro mash rolls.
Christmas garland and cartoon version of Christmas tree buns: garland of three dough braided, surrounded by a circle, the interface decorated with hats, bows or bells. Ferment 1.5 times and steam for 12 minutes. Serve with fruit cucumbers and eggs.
Toasted banana cinnamon rolls: super delicious. Roll up each slice, dip the bottom in egg wash and fry briefly. Serve with fruit and smoothie.
