How to Make Newbie Zero Fail Muffin Cake (No Baking Powder)
Beat the eggs in a larger bowl, add the sugar and salt and whisk until the sugar melts. Add the honey and mix well.
Add the salad oil and mix well.
Sift the flour and milk powder and add to the egg mixture. Turn the bowl counterclockwise, zigzagging with your fingers, and mix the batter. Add a spoonful of blueberry jam or other flavoured dessert.
Using a small spatula, place the batter into the molds one by one, using the Chef’s Golden 12-piece mold, 8-9 minutes full. Preheat oven to 175 degrees.
Sprinkle oatmeal, nuts, peanut butter or chocolate sauce in each batter mold. Place in the middle of the oven at 170 degrees and bake for 20 minutes.
Watch the cakes as they become evenly colored and golden brown and ready to bake. Cool the temperature slightly and dredge out to cool.
It is crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, with various kinds of sauces to form different flavors. Although there is no baking powder added, it does not affect the expansion of the cake or the topping, and it is more delicious without the alkaline taste.
