Prepare pasteurized milk (sold refrigerated, shelf life 7 days)

Open the milk carton, add the yeast powder, cover and shake well.
Put it in the toaster and select the yogurt/fermentation function. after 8 hours you will have a thick, not sour yogurt, strain the whey and you are ready! Easy to get Greek yogurt out. The cover picture is the Greek yogurt.
