No Whipping and Zero Difficulty‼️ How to make melt-in-your-mouth Oreo cheesecake!
Oreos are rolled out with a rolling pin in a Ziploc bag.
Pour into the melted butter and mix well.
Spread it in the Learn to Cook mold and compact it for later (emmm…… pretend you’re laying asphalt)
Prepare the ingredients needed for the cheese layer
Soften cream cheese over hot water and beat until smooth.
Add yogurt and mix well
Continue to pour in the beaten egg mixture (in 3 parts), sugar, vanilla extract and lemon juice and mix well.
Sieve cornstarch and mix well, then pour into the mold.
Shake out the bubbles and decorate the surface with Oreos.
Bake in a preheated 165 degree oven for 45 minutes, then cool down and cut into pieces in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
