How to make a non-spicy cheese rice cake fondue
Cut the cabbage leaves into sections and shred the mushrooms and onions.
Stir in 30g of tomato paste and 30g of oyster sauce with a flavorful drizzle.
Sauté the onions in oil in a pan.
Add the mushrooms, stir-fry for a while. Add the cabbage leaves, add the sauce and stir-fry until the cabbage is slightly soft and the sauce coats the vegetables evenly.
Place the sautéed vegetables in the bottom of the Instant Pot.
Add the two slices of cheese.
Add the mushrooms.
Add the fish plate, luncheon meat and rice cakes with cheese.
Put the vegetables last.
Add more mozzarella if you like it shredded. Add some salt.
Pour in half the water of the ingredients and bring to a boil.
You can change the contents to your liking.
