How to make a black pepper steak with onions
Prepare the ingredients, shredded onions and reserve
Sprinkle steak evenly on both sides with black pepper and salt and marinate for about half an hour
Heat a skillet, add the butter and add the marinated steak to the pan along with the garlic cloves and thyme
Turn each side over for a minute or so until the steak forms a crispy char on both sides.
Send the browned steaks into the preheated oven and start baking with the fan function on!
The steak test will be ready in five minutes.
In the meantime, heat the butter in a pan and sauté the chopped onions until browned.
To arrange the plate, place the grilled steak on top of the sautéed onions, garnish briefly with lemon wedges and rosemary, and the black pepper steak is done!
